Where: Heaven Visitation Center
When: Day 460, evening
Where: Heaven Visitation Center
When: Day 460, evening
[ Everyone in Tokyo-F* receives a text invitation to an old, worn down warehouse floor in the Heaven Visitation Center mall. "CONGRATULATIONS" banners wrap around the front of the floor, along with "PARTY HERE" and "NO KNIVES ALLOWED (VALOR EXCEPTED)" banners.
(*Some may not have received the text due to bugs in the messaging system, for those who need plausible deniability for not being able to attend.)
Inside, it seems to look quite familiar to members of BAD END=DEAD END—isn't this the vengeance roomm?—which starts with a front desk and a ledger for visitors to sign in. Also within the ledger is a well organized and orderly list of every single grudge that the person reading the book has experienced, heard about, or carries themself (full details available in the vengeance roomm link). At the bottom of each grudge's entry is a line for each side so that the guest can choose become a participant in whichever side of the grudge they want, signing the line with that which best represents them.
The walls of the reception room are completely glass, SHAFT Madoka Magica-levels of transparent where warehouse walls should be, but rather than seeing Tokyo-F beyond the panes, one may see the distant forests, pools of water with crumbling and abandoned bridges; despite the clear daytime it was outside the warehouse, it is eternally night through this glass. The stars light the sky—at least, what can be seen of it, for clouds of smoke fog the air, and in the distance, one can see the sight of wildfire.
Beyond the reception room—with entry only accessible when one signs into the ledger—is an indoors stadium, with an arena and benches for people to watch as wisps of smoke transform into their grudges to start duking it out in the ring. It is, perhaps, a little unsettling as a party location, but at least there are some key differences from this and the real vengeance roomm: for one, nobody has to fight if they don't want to; signing into the ledger was truly just accepting the party invite and not signing up for bloody fight club, it seems (though it might be cathartic to get into it). For the other, the wisp-smoke losers will find the floor opening up beneath them as though the space were a blooming flower, opening up to falling stars and blue flames. ...Well, that's maybe scarier than the actual vengeance roomm, but no idol will fall through even if they lose their respective fights, at least.
When Kiri is ready to leave, a door with vines and certain flowers wrapped around the frame is available to her, at the farthest end of the warehouse.
Like all graduations, there is catering available—almond tofu and other favorites of BAD END=DEAD END. The taste seems to be familiar, like it's a specific chef's handiwork...
Upon passing reception into the stadium, idols will find the wisps of smoke clinging to their skin, shaping into scars they have or had in the past (regardless of if they'd been bought off or not). Though easily brushed away, they do persist on returning until the idol leaves the stadium. ]
