Not before I dropped the cottage on her. But it's... indestructible in there. Can't even yank the pillows off the bed to throw them.

He pulls his hands away as the last of Lupine's internal injuries are healed closed, then reverses the full-body numbness. ]

I know it's not the best idea, but-- I'd like to at least try. It doesn't feel right to leave her injured, even when she's like this.

[ Grimacing immediately, even odds on which part of that prompted it. He levers himself into a sitting position, still ginger, reflexively expecting it to hurt — but he's okay. Turning to look at the cottage. ]

...I don't know about that right now.

[ His brain is firing on half cylinders still, but he's thinking: Check on her through the windows first. Get backup. Blanket the whole area in an illusion so she can't immediately try to kill anyone. Wait for her unit to get here. ]

[ the text comes a fair amount of time before Lumine actually manages to arrive--she regrets already not having bought a motorcycle yet and not having Wild City powers anymore--oh, for the speed of a cheetah!

but her legs are good enough and she gets there anyway, a handkerchief strapped to her neck with a ragged piece of cloth that (if you inspect closely enough anyway) appears to have been appropriated from her bed sheets. ]

So what's the plan so far?

[ Stepping closer and carefully removing her makeshift bandage so he can set about getting her neck cleaned up. He talks all the while. ]

Lupine managed to subdue her in that cottage. She's asleep right now, we think . . . she's not moving, at any rate. We want to remove the cottage so that I can heal her, but we need contingencies in case she wakes up. Caeli can turn her to an animal, and Lupine can conjure up an illusion to buy us some time . . .

[ It's at least a very clean wound--it doesn't look as though Aliza was trying to do her any actual harm. (If she had, likely Lumine wouldn't be standing here right now.) ]

Well, I can whammy her for about an hour into non-violence--or I could just chain her up.
