[When the stream goes Live, the camera is turned to face Pink, who is sitting primly in a comfortable library chair, wearing a neatly pressed school blazer and slacks, shirt fully buttoned up and tie tied properly. He's got a name tag that says "My name is Pink" clipped to a breast pocket, and he's topped the outfit off with a pair of black rimmed glasses, his normally messy hair brushed back to complete the look.]Alright Tokyo-F--
It's been about a week since our last Bad Time--pretty chill lately other'n all these newbies! So I thought it'd be a good chance ta go over some
death 'n revival information! This is gonna be kind of a serious one, but I'll be callin' for participation near the end, so come on by if ya like.
[He adjusts the glasses.]Ta start, if ya haven't heard, sometimes things get really rough around here--like, people die.

Except, as long as the Production considers ya one of their assets, death ain't real in Hell… I mean, I won't get inta the philosophy of 'what is death', but basically, even if ya die, you'll be returned to the production one way or another. Usually, since games are what kill us most, the hosts of the games will do revivals, with a buncha conditions. Sometimes they don't bother, or leave losers dead--so then it's on us--Sensitiv, Peppep
[gestures to himself], 'n everybody here, ta get people put back together. The final way.. is courtesy of the Original Lady, who's doin' a favor for the Production's leadership. Sometimes she's used as a punishment for people who pushed back against a game's "parameters" so hard that they died--but she's also where anybody who isn't handled by options one 'n two will end up, no matter where or how ya kicked it. If ya get left too long, she takes ya. By all reports a visit with her is a pretty bad time, 'n is guaranteed ta give ya chronic Hell afflictions before she sends ya back. But you can ask me more about that later!

What I'm really here ta talk about is what ta do in dicy revival situations! As our veterans know, all kindsa stuff can happen ta people here before we die, includin' stuff that naturally amps up our defensive reflexes, or abnormal stuff that messes with our heads. 'N sometimes, people just have Circumstances. It ain't surprisin' that there're situations where we lash out as soon as we're conscious again. As your revival specialists, Peppep is often on the front lines of those situations, so let's see what can be done ta manage 'em!
My first 'n best suggestion is ta talk t'your unit 'n other important people about how ya'd like things ta go when ya might come back feelin' violent. They'll usually be the first ones present, so havin' their help can be critical. The, eeh.. benefit, we'll call it, when we units have ta take care of revivals ourselves, is that we can sometimes have more control over the situation. Healin' up injuries first, findin' a comfortable setting before you're woken up, makin' sure ta have calmin' drugs or potions on hand--these're all things ya might consider.
But obviously everybody's got unique preferences 'n traumas, so for this Live's participation:
A) Where 'n how would ya prefer ta wake up after ya've died?B) What's some stuff ya think would be best avoided when ya've just been revived?C) From the other side, what're some de-escalation techniques you can offer? For example, Peppep has Cloud 9, an ability that helps ya distance negative feelings and puts ya in a more optimistic mood--doesn't
always work on violence, but it can help temporarily.
Anyway, that's plenty ta think on, and I get it that sometimes ya just don't know what it'll be like until it happens, or maybe ya just ain't comfortable workin' all this out with strangers. If ya don't got any thoughts ta submit now, the mailboxes are always open later for keepin' Pep informed.

So last thing--despite everybody's best intentions, my unitmates've been caught in attacks while workin' on revives before 'n I expect it could come up again with just about anybody. Dealin' with that on top of the usual
[vague gesture] ain't great, but
if the preventative stuff doesn't work 'n somebody happens ta injure a Pep while we're tryin' ta administer aid, instead of developin' a buncha complicated feelings, consider just coverin' the scar removal fee 'n agreein' ta leave it at that. That's just a suggestion though!
Revival as a concept ain't clean, but we won't refuse, as a unit, ta treat somebody unless they tell us they don't want it 'n their unit's aware. In the end, Peppep's never really had the final say in whether someone comes back, so consider our services more like a treatment ta prevent various death complications, 'n make your choices from there.
((ooc: Big ol' slowpost for my own enrichment! I just wanted it up before Last Supper Feelings happen. If anyone does in fact want to answer these questions, offer abilities for people to try on before they decide if they want those used on them later, or just wants to hit up Pink to chat, I will do my best to reply to any top-levels addressing him! Just be aware that I may not be up for getting more in depth about Pink's Onions regarding Peppep's role in Imeeji Society than is said here, even though that's an interesting topic! Other than that, CR dev opportunities appreciated!))
