...Hi. If you don't know me, I'm Morning☆Glory of ☆ZRAEL, and one of my hobbies is physical training. Lately, I've been thinking I'd like to try out being a physical trainer, so I'm offering that to anyone who's interested.

I've shown off some techniques before, and done workouts with people, but this is a little different. I'd be a complete personal trainer. I'll talk to you about what your goals for the training are, and help come up with a routine to help you achieve it. I'll walk you through the right way to do exercises. I'll help you track your progress and figure out what's working and what isn't.

...I may be kind of a harsh teacher. I can be blunt at the best of times, so you'll have to be prepared for that. But I do want it to fun and rewarding, not torturous.

There are a lot of good things about physical training, and a lot of things you can get out of it. For example, sports training focuses on particular physical skills. You're going to work on different things if you want to be good at javelin versus gymnastics versus basketball... different areas of strength or types of agility. Or maybe you're more interested in changing the physical shape of your body... building muscle or tone. Maybe you want better general physical health, and just want to focus on cardio and stamina. No matter what it is, it's really rewarding to set a goal and see yourself improve steadily as you work on it. And with physical training, you can clear your mind, leave all the complicated things behind for a while, and focus on the simple tasks that will get you there if you keep at them.

I should say... I'm specifically not offering combat training, here. I can teach those skills too, and if you're really interested, let me know and I may make an exception. But I'd like this to be more about training your body to be what you want it to be.
