[Cosmo is rocking a look. Minus the plague mask, it's just his normal mask. He's got a set of fruity drinks in front of him, and he's leaning back with a drink in hand.]

"Risk" and "Reward".

Half of these drinks are non-alcoholic, most of the rest are quite potently alcoholic, a few are drugged.

The risk is obvious, the reward is engaging in the live. Or perhaps in avoiding the traps.

The drugs are one of three kinds--a potent psychedelic, a numbing agent, and something to get you a little hot under the collar. Do take it elsewhere if you get that last one.

Of course some say the best way to win at gambling is not to play, but where's the fun in that?

[ childe drinks another and... more numb. ] I... I was a girl once. Er, twice, and... I'm trying to remember. I know lots of difference places got all hot and warm and... [ rolls his wrist. ] wet.

[ sets the drink down and just laughs. ] I'm feeling real weird, admittedly. Like... I can and can't feel. I don't know how to explain it, but I'm not sure I like it.

[ he reaches for a glass but misses, giving a bit of a laugh. ] I think all the drugs that these drinks have been spiked with are... they're finally getting to me. I can handle my liquor, but this other stuff... it's a lot.

I'm not sure why you trust the store to give you the best rock then judging the best rock for yourself.

The same people that run the store made this city so I'm sure the quality is about the same, but it's not like I can't just buy a bunch of them and pick the best. [ apparently a fancy giant rock is 1125 points, lol. ]
