[You arrive to the game tower where today, the atmosphere seems to be quite s~p~o~o~k~y. Fog seems to cover the entire floor area and any visible area of the tower is covered by things like (fake) spiderwebs and also (fake) spiders hanging around in (fake) trees.

It would probably feel a little more spookier if it wasn't for the fact that music is blaring throughout the tower. Someone is a host today, but it's impossible to tell whom considering they're covered in a white sheet with holes cut out for eyes.

Until they talk anyway.]

I GOT A ★~★~PROMOTION~★~★

To host the greatest haunted house party that you can imagine!! But w-w-w-wait, haunted houses are s-scary! I don't wanna make you guys get too scared so we'll start small . . .

Small . . . tiny . . . miniscule . . .

It's still gonna be dangerous though!! Ghosts are PRETTY uncontrollable, ya know~? I've seen SAWoleen XVI, I know how it goes!!

[ Tsukasa makes it out of the door. He even manages to tug Aether and Dva's bodies out with him, with incredible effort and work.

But once the door shuts he can't get back in to retrieve the rest of the bodies.

He stands there for a moment, breathless and trembling- before tears spill down either side of his cheeks and he lifts his hands to wipe miserably at his eyes. ]

[ in ghost zone or whatever standing near Tsukasa now, feeling upset he can't give him a hug. He really hopes the other isn't going to blame himself. ]

[ He doesn't seem to react or hear the words. He simply continues to cry, the tears continuing to fall. ]

[ a bit later on, after he's back in his body, Tsukasa will hear Aether's voice calling his name as he comes over and moves between people in his way to get to his side. ]

Tsukasa! I'm really sorry! [ going in straight to hug onto him tightly ]

[Sits down next to him, close enough to touch. Possibly Tsukasa feels the chill; certainly the hairs all along his arms stand on end]

[ The chill is felt, even if he simply doesn't register what it is. He wraps his arms around himself and buries his head into his knees. ]

He places a hand on Tsukasa's shoulder gently, glancing briefly over at the two bodies. ]

[ He himself is henshin-ed at the moment but it is still very recognizably Zhongli. ]

[And suddenly the bodies come out in less of being teleported as forcibly ejected into Tsukasa.]

[ He stares at him a moment, lips trembling, fat tears in his eyes as he struggles unsuccessfully to swallow down the emotions bubbling in his chest. ]
