I know summer's basically over, but it's my favorite reason and I'm super duper sad to see it go, [ pout. ] so I figured, to kinda, like, see if off, you could join me in throwing one last ~*~Beachfront Bonfire BBQ~*~! [ cue a devilish smirk as she makes a quick motion off camera. ] ...with a couple of real babes, of course. [ her aibou pans the phone to reveal pistol, lily, and gadget. ] I should probably be, like, showing off the new addition to my Hummer, a hot tub, [ she slides off the hood as the bassline from the song playing inside the massive truck starts working itself up. ] but it should still totally count if I'm showing off my smoking hot gal pals, right ♥?

[ If you're CR of Shine's, you might have received an invitation to THE GREAT BURGER for a certain celebration. Or maybe you're here to get that good wholesome and hearty diner food! Either way, you'll find that when you arrive, tables and seats and umbrellas have been placed outside to accommodate for everyone; there's the standard spread of burgers and pancakes from THE GREAT BURGER, but on top of that you can also find omelets and steaks and skillets, along with biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles, meatloaf—whatever you can think of served in an American diner is out here for everyone to enjoy. There's soda for the non-alcohol drinkers, but there's also an overabundance of beer and . . . galaxy booze? It looks like? What's that.

Silver and blue balloons are tied to all the tables, and there's a banner that hangs in front of the restaurant:

[ Finally, after some time of silence, the elevators make one last trip; finally, the last idols come down.

And still, there is silence for some time, Exael's voice and visage missing even in some sort of broadcast. Where is the host? Shouldn't she tell you who won? Shouldn't she open the gates? . . . Did they just forget about you?

—Then, when it seems like you might well and truly be stuck here forever, forgotten by the Producers and Hosts, all the television screens turn on. ]

What! a! show!

[ Instead of Exael, you're greeted by Hadassah. Her hair is piled on top of her head in a messy bun, a few bright curls hanging loose. ]

Here in the vivid beauty of our very own Liars District, our idols truly made these roles their own. It might be said that, in love and war, there are no true winners—or was it that everyone is?

[ She gives the camera a knowing wink.
From this close angle, it's hard to tell what her typically elegant outfit actually is; for once, she doesn't seem to be wearing jewelry to offset her white scales. ]

It is my very special privilege to offer all of you my congratulations. Truly, this has been a night none of us… [ she leans in closer ] ...will ever forget.

[ And so the broadcast switches off; so the doors open for you; so your phones all ring with the notification that you've received, at minimum, 1100 points—though if you've exhibited your unit traits, you'll receive 300 more points, for a total of 1400 points.

Is the game over? It seems like it must be, since the elevator is behind you, like it was when you started.

Taking it up, you find yourself deposited back into the lobby of the Game Tower, where the rest of your fellow idols start to filter in.

There’s no announcements, though…? And the doors are still locked.

You may take any items you purchased, as well as any items on your person… although guns and crossbows will not bring their ammunition along, and the strange items you picked up along the way lose any supernatural properties.

And now you wait. ]

[ You are in an elevator, and it is not ascending into the Game Tower, no. This time, it's taking you down. You can feel it in the pit of your stomach, watch through the glass chassis as stone scrolls up and away and all around you becomes darkness.

And then, a screen flickers on. A bright, cheerful woman with fluffy pigtails waves at you with one hand, a brightly colored plastic crazy straw that's been speared through a few mango chunks in her other. Exael winks and speaks to the camera.

"And with summer comes what we all look forward to~ Summer Break! It's time to get away from hot stuffy Tokyo, and get away from it all! And so, everyone, we've brought your faa~avorite idols home here to you! In one of our very special hotels, for a very special game! Clasp your hands in prayer, hope real hard, and maybe you'll get a front row seat to their presence in the Hotel Omphalos!"

"May this show grant you Mirth, because soon starts—"

The broadcast cuts out.

The light does not return, as the elevator doors open. Instead, color so bright it can't be drowned out by the darkness spills in, and erodes the car away. You are left standing in an unfamiliar Hotel, and the game is just beginning. ]

There’s also something strange about the wardrobe-- Intensity is wearing this elaborate setup, while King is looking more like the Egyptian Pharaoh in his memories.

And what exactly does dueling look like? Well a lot of posturing like this: King vs. Intensity ]
