We also didn't have what a lot of other people consider 'standard'. Food, plants, animals, parties, stuff like that. I know a bunch of it from this place but don't get all weird and decide I'm, like, personally attacking you if I don't know about something.

. . . If I am honest, I am a little unsatisfied with much of my fanmail. This is much easier to concentrate on. And I do admire others for striving to learn. I have much that I still need to learn myself afterall.

Our second time around we tried to become Space Knights. It didn't work out as well.

But I thought we were brilliant by the end of the first round. Everything had started out so dire and then flipped around. Warlord is quite a fearsome name. You ended up dragging us away from a bad situation.

Avente en garde is a truly capable team. ♪

I was a little [ a lot ] shaken after the game, as well as learning out a couple of difficult truths.

But I realize things could have been so much worse. So I am glad we escaped a fate that would have made it so much worse.

I don't know what they were thinking, messing around with stuff like that. . .

There is no clever way out of games. If you only learn one thing, learn that –– they'll always turn it around on you.

. . . Honestly, after the game I was troubled enough that I visited a couple of units, including my oniisama's unit. He said something along those same lines and offered some good advice.

I cannot say I am ready for whatever faces us next. But... I think he was right when he explained that it is important that we all remember that we are prisoners here and we have been forced into desperate situations and to do things we would never want to do.

He said a number of other things, but it boiled down to moving forward and knowing that we will make mistakes that will result in harm to ourselves and others, but that it is important to keep our pride and our heads high and to make decisions that we will not regret, even if the outcome, in the end, ends poorly.

I would like to agree with that thought process. And to keep in mind that other units are not truly our enemies, but also victims, too.

I do not have any desire to roll over and die. We are knights and we do not simply fall on our blades when faced with adversity. I don't believe that we should either.

What I meant, was that we will make decisions that we will not like, but we should not hate ourselves for wanting to survive or regret them. And neither should we blame others for their own gameplay either.

Mostly no. I think Cardinal totally wishes they could, but Avante is pretty good at making the moves we need to at least try and survive.

I can't imagine a scenario of desiring a loss.

I believe our biggest complication is the fact that there are people on a number of different units that we do not wish to hit.

But we know that not hitting others in a game isn't always an option.

The units I prefer to avoid are sensitIV, Taisho, and BARiTONES.
