At the front of the room is a buffet table featuring finger sandwiches, petit fours, and savory pastries as well as a variety of small desserts complemented by bottoms-up turned teacups and steaming hot kettles set up for self-serve. From nowhere to be seen comes the sound of instruments playing. Up above, tethered to the ceiling, are what appear to be long curtains. …

The small, square tables feature place cards that as of yet are mysteriously empty, but other than that--there is nothing on the table. Those who have walked in and might prefer to walk out again will find they are mysteriously barred from exiting…. ]

So it turns out there's an actual archangel on Wild City. Actual denizen of heaven with wings and everything. Like an angel-angel.

Also still has all his memories of heaven.

And they just put him on this show--- for what? Because they could.

Apparently they put him on this show so he could kill his brother.

I don't know about Michael, but I don't think Senpai does. I think he was gone when all that happened. Also, he has amnesia so he doesn't remember his past life anyway.

Michael does, though. He says God is dead, all the high-ranking angels except him were killed, and they were still in the process of rebuilding Heaven when... demons something something.

It sounds like Michael was pretty high-ranking, though?

It doesn't make sense for them to put a real angel from their war on this show though.

It undermines the Liars too much.

The fucking irony if they actually did.

Well, apparently Senpai is not just any angel, but THE angel. The one at the top, whose name starts with "L" and ends with "fur," who's supposedly running all of hell.

So either there are some very strange shenanigans afoot, or it might be in the realm of possibility that not only are there multiple material planes, but multiple versions of hell and heaven, as well.

That makes sense. If you can have things like a Joker and Mars situation. Why not multiple Lucifers?

But that does beg the question of whether or not this realm is the prime realm or not.

How would you even know? And who says there even is a prime, if they're all just branches of the same timeline.

If it's capable of pulling people from the other timelines, then by default wouldn't this be the prime one?

Otherwise I think we would have heard about this timeline getting yanked into another one.

Would we have heard about it? I may be an amnesiac, but I'm pretty sure I'd never heard of people getting yanked out of my world into Hell, and apparently that was happening the whole time.

Are you saying I'm going to have to overthrow multiple hells. How do you even rule over an interdimensional kingdom?

In any case, I don't know if Michael might be able to give you any useful information, but if he has experience with Heaven's hierarchy, demon's weaknesses, how to get leverage over other angels, stuff like that... might be a good resource to tap at some point. Maybe. Who knows.

I'll see if I can get some info from him. It at least gives us some basis for how angels works, since we only have Hell books for that which are unreliable at best.
