[crouches down on all fours and leans forward so Hurricane can get the collar on him]

[extends the leash and stands up]

[Starts swimming around the edge of the pool, slow enough that it shouldn't be a problem for Gladio to keep up]

What's with the granpa speed? Think I can't keep up?

[tail starting to wag vigorously, Gladio holds onto the front of the collar, hooking his fingers between the leather and his neck. Ignoring all pool safety regulations, he Hastes himself and starts running]

[there is a legit wake forming behind Hurricane, and careening around the corners of the pool are a little hairy, but no one dies, or drowns, there's 80 percent more wet idols, but they do a full lap.

Slowing down and stopping at their starting point, Gladio's soaked, wet tail wagging like crazy]

[still snickering as he gets out the soaked bingo card]

[wanders off to rummage through the very HSS looking outfit in the corner, acquiring a box of Pocky. He quickly grabs one of the outfits on the front of the costume rack and strides back, plopping a dark brown stetson on Hurricane's head and handing him a vest with a Sheriff star pinned on it]

[In a very cartoonish puff of smoke and dog hair, where Gladio was standing is now a large brown wolf, complete with Gladio's scars. Snuffling and stepping free of the pile of leather pants, he grabs the Pocky box in his muzzle and runs off]

[He would be sad about the Pocky if he couldn't just go to the conbini and get more, but as it is, he just kind of leans against the side of the pool splooshing his tail, just your regular western merdude watching a big dog bury snacks]

[It doesn't take long for Wolfio to come back, bless speed powers. Minus one pocky box but with his bingo card held gently in his teeth. He sets the card down on the pool ledge in front of Hurricane, just one square left, "get your butt/tail smacked".

Wolfio turns sideways, wagging tail in easy range]
