[ She's, filling a mug with flour ... ]
[ The recipe says cups??????? ]
Well. These aren't for a Live, they're just practice.

Practice is important, especially when you're getting more sweets out of it. What's your live plan?

Fortune telling! Like fortune cookies, but buns!

A very sweet idea! Are you going to fill them all with written fortunes?

Sooooo. Not this?
You can show me, but I wanna do the real work myself.
no subject
It's not ideal for folding. I can just show you the motion, with folding you don't want to add all of the lighter ingredients at once, you want to do it a little bit at a time, so even if I demonstrate a little bit you'll still have most of it left to do on your own.
no subject
A little bit at a time ... [ nod! ] Right, right! Got it. I'll watch how you do it.

[Taking a dollop of the light mixture I assume is here and putting it in the heavier one.]
After you put your portion in, you want to get your spatula right here in the middle, and then gently come in, pull it up, and just fold it over like this, see? You need a light touch with it, and don't try to push it down too much, or you'll take all the air out of your mixture. Now you take the bowl and rotate it slightly, spatula in the middle, pull it up, gently fold over...
[Repeating the motions a few times to show her]
Now, once, you've turned the bowl the whole way around, scrape your spatula once around the outside of the bowl to get all the mixture at the sides and fold that over too. Remember, light touch, don't crush your mixture.
[Pushing the bowl her way and giving her the spatula]
You get the idea? Now you try it, get a little bit more mixture and add it in.

I'll give it a go!
[ In goes a dollop, and she does her best to do exactly what L showed her ]
Huh, it's not as complicated as it looked.
