[ Well, startle! Three of his cards came with heightened senses of one kind or another, but the siren? Not so much.

But he's quick enough to laugh after he recovers from it. ]

—Zari! Wow, that's a look.

[ She wraps herself around him, tangible enough for him to feel her as well as the cold touch of her ghostly form, but parts of her sink right through him. Giggling just a bit at his startle. ]

It doesn't agree with me as much as the harpy, but here we are.

[ That goes right through him, none of the cold protection his merskin is otherwise offering helping at all for ethereal iciness, but luckily for Zari he kind of likes the feeling of ghostly chill. ]

Nothing could agree with you as much as that card.

[ and oh hey this is maybe an even heavier flirt than usual but sirenbrain really likes flirting ]

It's what I'm made as, after all. [ And thanks to so many fellow idols, she doesn't feel much shame in it. Some, of course, but not enough to waste the chance. ]

What ever is a ghost to do with you first, hm? I have a whole card to fill out.

[ His expression does flicker a tiny bit, but then it just goes — warmer and softer. ]

Well, I think the answer to that question is 'anything she wants'. [ Lazy tail kick, breaking the surface of the water. ] But I've got a blank card, too~.

[ She grins, her hand becoming tangible enough to stroke his tail, taking in each individual scale. ]

Choose one for me, hm? And I'll do the same.

[ —Oh! That's nice. He likes that. ]

I've got a square for performing for someone.

[ She keeps petting his tail, tinging her fingernails against the scale's edges. ]

Go on, let's hear it.

[ Shivering pleasantly. He chuckles. ]

You're warned, I don't know any songs. Or at least — I don't remember any.

[ But, the way it did with Rook, something still comes out when he opens his mouth again: low, rolling, sweet. It sounds like something that might have once been a sea shanty, and there are lyrics, though the language is nothing human.

With the card, at least, Lupine has a very nice voice. It sounds trained, with a not-unimpressive range in addition to the baritone Zari might have expected. Warm and rich — and, probably the siren in him, haunting. ]

[ Normally she'd flich at haunting vocals, but just now it seems appropriate. Ghosts, sirens, haunting. In any case, it's a lovely voice. She keeps stroking his tail all the while, eventually drifting up to his back. ]

Nice. [ She wonders if his voice is as lovely otherwise. She makes a note to find out. ]

And for my square... I'm supposed to pull someone into their astral form. [ And make out with them but like it's them, was that ever in question? ] May I?

[ Leaning into that touch as he finishes. If he could purr, he probably would. ]

From you, I know that's a real compliment.

[ Grin, which — falters only slightly at that idea. ]

...Huh. Well — I guess that'll probably be kind of like getting the ghost card again.

[ He should beach himself a little just to be safe? Probably? So that it's easier for her to get him back into his body. ]

Well.... there's another option. But we'd need someone else's participation.

[ She points to the "make out while possessing someone" square ]

[ Smile broadening. Did he already get to see that yet? Maybe, maybe not, but he'd like the idea anyway. ]

Whatever form he's in, I'm sure he's cute as hell.

It's funny that he was a dragon and Zhongli wasn't, who greenlit that?

[ pulls out her phone and... pauses. Her innermost thoughts are a major sore subject at present. ]

I hope he's got one, then.

[ ...oh. ]

—I'm sure we can come up with something, between the three of us.

[ But he's disappointed. ]

[ Smiling -- a bit forced, but not all that much ]

Creativity isn't ever a problem, I don't see why it would be now.

[ Noting that, but. He hitches up a smile and flicks his tail, very gently splashing Zari with water. ]

Yank me out of my body. I don't wanna still be too occupied when he gets here.

I was getting there, yeesh.

[ She reaches over, grabs his wrist, and gives him a sharp tug. ] Come on, out of that gorgeous body.

[ Still somehow that look of surprise before — he slips, translucent, free.

His body flops a little, but doesn't slide back into the water, so that's fine.
