[ comes back over shuffling the deck like a showy asshole. ] I thought we could make it interesting. Dare style. I think that'll be more fun when we're drunk. But we draw a card... and that's how many shots you have to take before you do the dare. Ace is 1. Jacks, Queens, and Kings all mean that we take a shot of wine instead ~and we grab a kiss from our fiances.

Sound fair? and fun?

[ Those silly dragons have no idea what they're in for. ] Deal!

-- Doctor doesn't like kissing me in public though, and I think this counts. He's adorably shy. On the cheek or neck is sufficient, I hope? [ Even if he were to get drunk enough to be bolder, she'd feel awful for doing it. ]

A kiss is a kiss. Hand, cheek, neck are all a-Ok. [ slams the deck down on the edge of the table as some kind of a signal that the game is beginning... and also he just needs to make some kind of a scene to let the dragon's know something is up over here. ]

Just making sure. When he brought up getting married my first reaction was to tell him that he'd have to actually kiss me in front of people. Somehow that's the only exception I've found.

[ As she says all this, she starts lining up a break shot. ] Do I get an advantage if I sink more than one?

I guess you're just going to have to renew your vows every year then. [ >3 ]

You get my congratulations. [ he gives her a small round of applause as a treat of what MAY come if she sinks anything. ] But, no, seriously... if you do sink anything... then I'll buy you a bottle of whatever liquor you want for the road.

-- It was a joke. We're not actually going to have any wedding. We'd both be miserable in that situation. One day we'll call ourselves married and everyone else can catch up.

[ She winks and does a power break without really needing to look. There's a loud rattle and three balls go down. ]

...either way, you can do so a bunch of times and make him kiss you each time. Marriage means different things to different people. You don't necessarily have to conform to the standard definition.

[ he gives her a real round of applause and then draws a card, a six of hearts, so he grabs a bottle and pours himself six shots - throwing his head back and taking each like a champ. ] Alright. What would you like me to do~?

4 ball in the corner. [ The ball's close enough to the pocket, but there's a bunch of other balls blocking a direct shot. Caeli will have to bank it, jump the others, or do a combination. ]

[ digs into his jacket for his phone, offering it to zhongli. ] Here. If we start running low use my phone to get some more. [ gives him a smile. ] Because we might.

Doctor never played before, so I'm allowed to help him as much as I want to and you can't complain about it.

[ She doesn't expect there would be complaints, just making it known. She won't take Doc's shots for him but she will do that blatantly kitschy thing where she teaches him by standing close enough to fluster him which might be 99% of the point ]

[ Well Zhongli is going to order a bunch more wine then, just to be sure. He looks up from his usual spending of Childe's money to think over Alazarin's proposal. ]

That seems like a fair agreement to help offset his unfamiliarity with the game.

But then are we folded into drawing cards as well. It seems one-sided to have you two be the only one initiating public displays of affection.

Public-- [ wincing a bit and glancing over at Doctor and hoping he didn't hear that or he'll be blushing too much to do anything else. Thinking about it that way just sounds like something Doctor wouldn't much like. ]

Not with you doing as you like. He'd probably find it sweet. But he prefers to [ she pauses, trying to be delicate ] keep private things private. He doesn't even kiss me in front of others.

I don't have a problem with that... but I do hope you'll allow me to help Zhongli Xiansheng if his, ah, posture seems off. [ look, he's sure zhongli knows what he's doing... but he's just looking for a reason to get into his personal space while he's still sober. when he's drunk he'll do it unprompted. ]

You don't need my permission. Do whatever you like to his posture. [ a sly smile, that's incredibly cute. She doesn't care about PDA, get it friend. ]

We could modify the game so it's more... interesting... for team play. Each person can only use one hand.
