[ look, he's sure zhongli knows what he's doing... but he's just looking for a reason to get into his personal space while he's still sober. when he's drunk he'll do it unprompted. ]

[ childe doesn't move for a moment, instead watching as zhongli approaches the table. he waits until he chooses the ball and its pocket and then heads over. ] I know you said you know what you're doing...

[ he presses into him, setting a hand on his arm and 'casually' sliding it along until he reaches the hand that's on the cue, lacing his fingers into zhongli's. his other arm circles his waist, so he can pull him back just a little, then move the hand to his thigh to change his stance... although honestly it's just a reason to get overly handsy. ] Like this. [ whispers into his ear. ]

[ Yes. With multiple hints from both Childe and Alizarin, he gets it now. He squeezes their fingers that are laced together in affirmation of why Childe wanted to play anything as calm and precision based as pool of all things. ]

[ And while he should have more decorum with others present, he instead shamelessly leans back into Childe, pressing one leg between his and turning his head slightly so he can brush his lips against Childe's cheek. ]
