[ It's his intent to get out of here as quickly and quietly as possible, ideally without touching anyone on the way ]

No skin to skin contact so maybe no shock???]Hey. What all did you wind up with?
no subject
The effects as they were in the game. A small shock when I touch anyone, very few inhibitions, and I still seem unable to lie.
They went for your balance when they couldn't take your air, did they?
no subject
[ Biting the inside of his cheek. ]
—It probably won't last more than a couple days.

[ Sighing and sitting down sort of beside him, out of touching range ]
Let me know when you're ready to go. It only shocks me for a second. [ Which is his way of offering to help when he's mentally fried ]
[ They have Things to discuss too really but honest discussions are painful ]
no subject
I can probably hitch a ride with someone who doesn't get shocked at all when they touch me. But I appreciate it.

[ A bit of a smile, slightly different than usual. More earnest, less effort. ]
I make a point not to have many hangups, but that hit several at once when I couldn't hide it. [ There's a "sorry" in there somewhere, even if he can't say he would have changed how he played. How he said things, however... ]

...I don't like asking people questions when they can't lie to me, so before I say anything else, I wanna make sure of something.
[ Beat. Watching Gent's expression closely. ]
I'd like to know what color the sky is outside.
[ Is that indirect enough for your compulsion, or do you have to answer even though he didn't actually ask you. ]
no subject
Then you should look outside yourself.
[ A small pause, long enough to be clear that he doesn't have to answer directly. ]
I could also tell you it's probably blue, more or less. But what I couldn't do is tell you that it's red or green.
no subject
Okay. Well — I definitely can't tell you how to feel about LiliS. [ Pause. Pursed lips. ] Wouldn't want to, even if I could. I know none of us get to choose where we wind up, and...
[ Pushes a breath out. ]
Anyway. Point is, you don't have to talk to me about anything you don't want to, but — I'll always listen if you do have something to say.

I like where I ended up. And I do trust you.
I'm not used to being overly earnest. I'm of a race known for mischief and trickery. Glammouring.
I also have a keen sense of fairness, or what I perceive as such. Izanagi abdicating responsibility for the game for his comfort and then grabbing the remedies he wanted without a word, leaving me both with his rejects and responsible for the effects on both you and Nyx and Izanagi himself made me... angry is too strong a word. Offended, maybe. Bothered. I might have let it go normally, but being unable to lie...
no subject
Right, you said... something about not being mortal. Fae? [ Shuts his eyes for a moment. ] Not sure if that's a thing on my world, but.
[ He kind of wants to defend Izzy again — he can see it from both sides all too easily here, and he's frustratingly sure Izzy was trying to make up for not helping with the decision-making by taking the worst remedies, but... instead, Lupine's going to push out a quiet sigh. ]
Sorry if I made it worse, running interference.

Fae. Like a fairy, though I find that term distasteful. That's why I'm averse to metals, and iron specifically causes me pain just by touch. It smells vile, too. I'm still working out what that means, exactly, but it only makes sense that I would have responses that aren't exactly typical.
If it will make things better, I can try to smooth things over with Izanagi. I can't guarantee it'll go well until the effects are gone, however.

I imagine your fortune was better, seeing as you won.

[ He's not really bitter, but it does bear mentioning. ]
Congratulations, in any case.

I was wonderin' if there were some spite-plays involved.
