Another Live Sho
Who: Sho and The Active Scientist In You!
Where: By the lake in the park
When: Day 44, Morning
[ Good morning Imeeji! I hope you're ready to start your morning with a Live, because if you're not, well, this is happening anyway. This one kicks off with Sho standing next to a human-sized hamster ball that has been scienced a little, letting it roll around a bit for dramatic effect before clearing his throat. ]
Welcome to the Helpful Science Show with your charmingly cheerful host, the Helpful Scientist Sho!
For today's episode, we're taking a fun approach to the healthy side of the idol lifestyle, namely, exercise! Certain forms of exercise are more effective than others, that's a given, but an interesting experiment would be using the same exercise device in different ways. Orrr in this case, on different surfaces!
Our experiment today! Using our GBM machine here, with a little repurposing, is this a more effective device on land or on sea? How many more different ways are there to use this on land versus sea? Do you exercise different parts of your body depending on the surface you're on?! Science demands an answer!!
I will of course need some volunteers to enter said device and take it for a whirl~!

Thank you for your help mighty senshi but also this Live was supposed to loosely be about exercise!
Lift your knees while you run!

your live has become (more of) a travesty. ]
I don't need you to tell me how to run! Anyway, running while lifting heavy buckets of water is ample exercise!
