[You arrive to the game tower where today, the atmosphere seems to be quite s~p~o~o~k~y. Fog seems to cover the entire floor area and any visible area of the tower is covered by things like (fake) spiderwebs and also (fake) spiders hanging around in (fake) trees.

It would probably feel a little more spookier if it wasn't for the fact that music is blaring throughout the tower. Someone is a host today, but it's impossible to tell whom considering they're covered in a white sheet with holes cut out for eyes.

Until they talk anyway.]

I GOT A ★~★~PROMOTION~★~★

To host the greatest haunted house party that you can imagine!! But w-w-w-wait, haunted houses are s-scary! I don't wanna make you guys get too scared so we'll start small . . .

Small . . . tiny . . . miniscule . . .

It's still gonna be dangerous though!! Ghosts are PRETTY uncontrollable, ya know~? I've seen SAWoleen XVI, I know how it goes!!

...you can be moody. A ghost made you into a pin cushion, so I'm pretty sure you have free reign to act however you like at the moment.

Just make me drunk. Drink is meant to be enjoyable and I'd rather just skip that part. [ because he's annoyed. ]

Physical injury does not bother me much. I do not enjoy the pain but it doesn’t linger either.

I guess that’s the good thing about this place… as bad as things get it get generally be fixed somewhat easily.

No. [ not really anyway, that’s just a part of what had him annoyed. ]

When was the last time someone pampered you, Caeli?

Probably one of the last times I was with Xiansheng. Why, do you want to spoil me?

That would be an odd form of pampering.

[The bed isn’t quite the right height so he kneels next to it placing his hand nears the sides of his neck. And then he pushes down on the muscles of his shoulders and upper back giving him a firm massage.]

[ he didn't know what to expect, honestly, but the massage feels really good, so he'll just melt into emet's bed and start purring ( yes purring ) as his ears flatten to signify a happy fox. ]

[He laughs warmly. He can't help it. There is something just incredibly cute about Caeli.]

Did you always enjoy animals even before you arrived here?

I never minded them. Had to deal with a lot of wildlife back in Snezhnaya… I’ve definitely gained a new appreciation for them though. [ rolls onto his back. ]

Honestly? I would have guessed you had a dog.

Feel less anxious?

We had a couple of dogs. Needed them to help hunt on occasion. [ hums, nodding. ] A bit. Not the best end to our second double date… jealous spirit has to ruin everything.

Not the location I would pick for a date either.

[He brushes his hand through his hair gently.]

And we have more than ample time to make it up.

You should help me plan the next date.

What would Zhongli like other than a three course meal? A view of the water? Or is he in to less traditional dates?

I'm sure he'd like the water. [ hums, thoughtful. ] We could probably do something down by the beach. Set off some fireworks? But I'm sure he'd try anything at least once. He enjoys soaking up stuff like a sponge, so traditional / nontraditional, it's all fair game.

That sounds rather lovely. I can get supplies ready for it. We can bring them both flowers. I know Five enjoys it, and I have a feeling Zhongli will as well.

Hm. We could decorate the beach with flowers too. And I can think of a couple different flowers Zhongli Xiansheng will enjoy. Having dinner against seems a little too... samey. So we should probably do something else.

You mentioned fireworks. Perhaps I could dust off a musical instrument as well.

I'm afraid Five and I spend most of our time just enjoying each other's company, so I can't help you there.

What do you play?

I’ll think of something, though I guess between the fireworks and the music I won’t really need to.
