GHOST HUNT (the Prequel)

Who: YOU
Where: THE GAME TOWER
When: NOW!!!

[You arrive to the game tower where today, the atmosphere seems to be quite s~p~o~o~k~y. Fog seems to cover the entire floor area and any visible area of the tower is covered by things like (fake) spiderwebs and also (fake) spiders hanging around in (fake) trees.

It would probably feel a little more spookier if it wasn't for the fact that music is blaring throughout the tower. Someone is a host today, but it's impossible to tell whom considering they're covered in a white sheet with holes cut out for eyes.

Until they talk anyway.]

I GOT A ★~★~PROMOTION~★~★

To host the greatest haunted house party that you can imagine!! But w-w-w-wait, haunted houses are s-scary! I don't wanna make you guys get too scared so we'll start small . . .

Small . . . tiny . . . miniscule . . .

It's still gonna be dangerous though!! Ghosts are PRETTY uncontrollable, ya know~? I've seen SAWoleen XVI, I know how it goes!!

Welcome to Ghost Hunt where everyone must try to determine what type ghost is haunting your room. To determine that, you must use Ghost Equipment on various parts of the room to find Ghost Evidence.

However, as you explore the room and use these objects, you'll find that your sanity will go lower. This is both a good and bad thing! The lower your sanity, the more likely you'll get ghost interactions and will be able to find evidence easier. However, you are most likely to experience hunts as well.

Hunts are essentially where ghosts will come and try to "kill" you, and you'll have to hide and hope they don't find you.

WHAT YOU GOTTA DO
⬥ For each room, there is a set pre-determined ghost that you must identify by finding the pre-set evidence. You can look through the ghost list to see which evidence goes where.
⬥ For each round, each player of a room must perform an interaction on an object in the room. You CAN choose to skip interactions, but each person who skips will cause the sanity to drop fairly significantly.
⬥ Interaction success is based off of dice roll chance. The lower the sanity, the better success rate you'll have.
⬥ Each interaction = lowers 2% of team sanity. Skipping = lowers 10% of team sanity per person who skips.
⬥ Sanity is not individual so everyone's interactions affect one single TEAM sanity score.

Things to Note - Ghost Actions
⬥ Each round, ghost can do one of three things:
Ghost Interactions - These are just tiny annoying things that lets you know a ghost is around. They happen more frequently when your sanity is lower but they can start at 100% sanity.
Ghost Events - These start happening when sanity reaches 80% or lower. These are fairly dangerous events where you can get injured for each successful ghost event. The lower the sanity, the more likely these will happen (and the more dangerous).
Ghost Hunts - These can start happening around when your sanity hits 60% or lower. These are extremely dangerous events where you can "die". To survive, you will roll 1d[sanity] and have to beat the ghost score of 1d40. Only one person can "die" per hunt. If you die, you can input your guess at that time based on whatever evidence you had found and still have the chance to win.

⬥ When you are confident you know what type of ghost it is (or feel like taking a giant risk), you can guess which ghost you're dealing with. You can do this at any point, you do not need to have evidence to do so. If you guess right, you go right to endgame. However, if you guess wrong, a hunt will begin (and the chances of survival are lower than your sanity level). If you happen to survive, you can keep going and guess again.

To win:
Discover the Ghost Type correctly

Bonus:
Discover the ghost type with the least amount of individual sanity drain
