[ GAME ALERT - it's time. However, it looks like today the occupants of the elevator can only be one per ride, so it will take some time for everyone to finish getting into the dorms.

Once you step inside the elevator, the monitor in the corner blips on to reveal a beaming Mukuro, back in his usual haori-and-kimono fare. At the same time, your phone pings with the rules. ]

Welcome back, everyooone~ and to everyone's favorite idols, too!

Today's program is a little special - this time, our beloved idols will prove themselves to us not as groups, but all on their own! Some will fight and persevere to the very end, whether to save themselves or to show the strength of their love ♥ and save their unit ♥ while others will fall to despair and wish to be rescued~!

Now, from the very bottom of my heart - let's all thoroughly enjoy the show!

RULES

IC
• Press the button to save yourself and proceed to the next room.
• Only one of you may proceed to the next room.
• If you fail to proceed, you'll endure a "punishment." The further you manage to progress before failing, the lighter your punishment will be. Failing in the first round will incur the worst possible punishment.
• If both participants in a room fail to proceed, you'll both endure all the punishments for failing every round.
• Anyone who proceeds to the very end will win for their whole unit. The winning unit(s) will be fully healed.


OOC
• Each round lasts 30 OOC minutes.
• If both characters press the button at the same time in unison, assume one of them still got there a hair sooner and it didn't quite work. You and the other player may work out which one proceeds amongst yourselves.
• In the cases of both characters competing to press the button at the same time, roll a 1d2 in order to determine whose hand successfully presses the button first.
• If your thread has not come to a conclusion, hash it out with your partner and submit your decided result in OOC. You can, of course, backthread.
• Match-ups are not ICly public. Your character only knows what's going on in their own room at any given time.
• Powers are on; items are allowed.

WINNERS & PUNISHMENTS

Winners are: AlcheME!, sensitIV, and avante en garde.

Winning units do not suffer status effects, and all ailments as well as injuries are healed painlessly and instantly.

Injuries & Status Effects for those who failed. NOTE: Those who mutually forfeited must take a combination of ALL round status effects. 1 per round is the minimum, but there is no maximum.

Round 1: Punctured lung & broken ribs. Choose any combination to play over 5 IC days (min 1 effect, max 5)
☆ Coughing up dirt
☆ Blindness
☆ Deafness
☆ Capgras syndrome
☆ Night terrors

Round 2: Ulcers, open sores (think like bed sores). Choose any combination to play over 3 IC days (min 1 effect, max 5)
☆ High fevers, hot/cold flashes - unable to regulate temperature
☆ Inability to swallow anything
☆ Partial paralysis and/or numbness
☆ Weakness, dizziness, fainting episodes
☆ Inability to exert even a little bit of strength

Round 3: Branded. Choose any combination to play over 1 IC day (min 1 effect, max 5)
☆ Unable to touch people without feeling burned (sensation only; does not cause more real burns)
☆ Compelled obedience
☆ Emotional codependency - will suffer severe anxiety if there is no one around, must follow people around in order to feel safe
☆ Fall in passionate love with the first person they see
☆ Lose their name (will not respond to their own name) & the ability to use any of their belongings or purchased abilities; requires other people to use items for them

Round 4: Bruised neck, raw and swollen throat. Has no status effect.
