[ it's FANMAIL TIME except this time the fanmail isn't in boxes they're in bags. why bags?

well, they're red bags. with fur lining. so maybe they're . . . santa bags . . . !!

Which means there must be gifts, right? Right? Which, yes. sort of.

Each bag has a dozen or so holiday decorations inside of them, and people who are caught aware (or are just unlucky enough to run into an already-opened bag) will find themselves accosted by one, with a little note of what the "cure" for the decoration is:

Once the cure has been fulfilled, the effect will fade, leaving the decoration a normal object. Until then, the decoration is stuck somewhere on an idol's body (movable, like it's metal to a magnet).

Status effects and decorations will disappear OOCly at the end of the month, so you can assume these are around for further posts!

The city itself seems to have been decorated for the holidays, with cutesy mascots and floats and Christmas lights bringing a festive mood, but be wary, because some of them are the very same cursed decorations accosting idols in the lobby right now and if you get too close they might stick to you................ ]

Haha, thanks, had you been okay following that game? Everything is still kind of a little fuzzy... but I'm definitely feeling better. I don't like knowing I forgot everything and everybody.

I've been lucky enough not to be in games recently, though 'tis distressing knowing that I can't help Zhongli and Bomb.

You may not be able to be there for them during the games, but as long as you're there after I think that helps make all the difference too.

...thanks. I had been kind of useless following that game, but I was worried about him. A part of me was, one that I couldn't really make much sense of at the time, but I obviously know why now.

I think amnesia has got to be one of the worst side effects I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with... it's one thing to be physically broken, but another to have everybody you hold dear ripped away from you... so it hurts both you and them... [ a frustrated sigh. ]

Last game her legs were hurt and they still haven't recovered fully even with sensitIV's help. She's taking it... not well.

I know. I had spoken to her and tried to convince her have one of the sensitIVs perform the back surgery... but she seems to think it's going to heal on its own, and while I'm sure that *is* true it may take a long time.

Should I ask Venti to speak to her, perhaps? I can understand an issue of trust when it comes to surgery, but she trusts Venti.

You can try. She said she didn't want to put him through something like that, ...but perhaps if it comes straight from him she won't feel as guilty.

As a doctor, I know working on a loved one is stressful... But seeing them suffer when you have the power to do something about it is far worse.

I don't doubt it, but I hope that the both of you can convince her to go through with it. She's miserable right now, and she believes it may just get better with time... but who knows how long that'll take if it's even possible.

I will do my best for her. I've no desire to see her miserable even a second longer if it can be avoided. I'm sure Venti feels the same.
