You don't need to, I can hear heartbeats from my donors so I know when to stop so there's not too much damage done. Unless I want to do damage.

[ She's getting what she wants, it's the surest way to put her in a good mood! Cheerily bounding over toward the bench then, singing a wordless tune in her lovely, operatic voice ]

[ trying to think ahead about how best to do this... she probably ought to at least let her get started before whammying her brain. But which whammy to use....

In the mean time, she moves aside any cloth that could he covering her neck and tucks back the tails of her hair. ]

It's not a stereotype.

[ Blood from the neck is best, oxygen-flush. And since drinking blood is special as a give and take between a vampire and their donor, willing or no, the placement is convenient. ]

[ Aliza's eyes glow a soft red, like smoldering coals, and she reaches out to touch Lumine's neck with her first two fingers. ]

I should make certain where your vessels are, or I might sever them. It's different for everyone. [ And if she is going to kill, she wants it to be intentional. ] Hold still enough and I can feel your pulse through them. [ She can hear heartbeats too but not very precisely. It tells her vaguely when someone's heart is speeding or slowing, useful to know how much blood she can safely take and not much else. Certainly not precise enough to tell the exact location of a vein or artery. ]

[ She's not a particularly fidgety person, but there IS something about being told not to do something that makes it harder not to do. Still, she holds herself as still as possible, even holding her breath as she waits. The only thing that should ostensibly be moving through her body at the moment is her blood. ]

Good girl. [ Why yes she is being a condescending jerk in addition to everything else! ]

[ Leaning forward then, and if Lumine is going to do something other than lose a pint of blood, now's the time. If those fangs connect, at least there's very little pain being that they're made for clean cuts. ]
