[an unfamiliar (or maybe familiar) face is crouched right in the middle of the lobby, tracing the patterns on the floor tiles with his fingers and evidently great fascination.

he's wearing a black gakuran with a navy blue pep!pep! armband, but in contrast to the neatly buttoned uniform, his long white hair is a loose, wild mane all over his shoulders.

I wouldn't know. Though if you lack in memories, perhaps that may be an avenue to search? If it interests you, I see nothing wrong in further exploring what captures your attention.

You assuredly are if you have no recollection. I do not believe we often simply pop into existence fully grown. Rather, as all human beings are, we grow and mature with time. It is simply that now our memories have been cruelly torn from us and tampered with, our captors contenting themselves with playing god and laughing in amusement at watching us struggle.

It is most troubling. But it seems your unit has already tried to speak with you on the matter.
