First, you recline upon a throne of pillows. Second, you cover yourself in even more pillows so that their warm, comforting weight might help ease your troubled mind. A blanket goes atop all of this, to keep such happy energies contained within the pile. Soothing music, storytelling, or cuddling are optional at this juncture, but encouraged.
