Where: Game Tower
When: Day 392, evening
[ When you're called to the Game Tower, you'll find yourself in a completely windowless room with dizzyingly obnoxious carpet and wallpaper patterns.
In the center of the room is a circular table divided into the twelve unit colors, each offering a dispenser. Once the first member of your unit approaches the table, a bag of casino chips drops from the dispenser—it'll fall to the floor if someone doesn't catch it!
Be careful with those: you need them to get through tonight, after all.
There are twelve uncomfortable metal single-seat chairs for some people to sit, if they so choose to; the rest will have to sit on the floor. In the corner there's a wooden crate full of . . . weapons, along with a few pieces of surgical equipment.
Hmmm. This is probably safe.
In the far back, there's a TV with a young woman smiling, on a stage herself. ]
Heeeeeeeeeeey bitcheeeeeeeeeeeoh I can't say that I'm actually on TV this time. Helloooooooooooo idols! ♥
My most wooooonderful helpful assistant is getting ready for like, dogs? Or something? Anyway, it's like, a national holiday or something but also a new season's starting so let's ♥ have ♥ some fun ♥

PUNISHMENT 1 - EXSANGUINATION
Panels open up in the ceiling, clear tubes coming down to find every idol from an unprotected unit. Some tubes wrap around them, forcing them still, and others—thinner tubes—stab directly into the idol's flesh.
They're not the sharpest, but what they lack in sharpness they make up in force—it definitely takes a few tries to pierce, all of which is deeply painful, but the worst part is that they don't leave it with just one.
After an arbitrary number of tubes have been stabbed into the idols, the hands retreat. Each tube is lodged tightly—so tight, they're impossible to pull out?—and possibly probably through some organs. Ooh, is it hard to breathe? Welp!
They're also constantly leaking blood. It's like, the messiest exsanguination ever.
Even when the tubes retreat, affected idols will still experience the following symptoms:
- Shortness of breath/possibly pained breathing if their lungs are punctured
- Constantly bleeding
- Dizziness, loss of strength
Additionally, they may (optionally) also have the following status effects:PUNISHMENT 2 - FREEZING GAS
Panels open up in the ceiling, flooding the entire room with a heavy, white mist.
Protected units will find themselves perfectly unharmed, as though an invisible bubble wraps around them, but unprotected units will instantly feel the whole room freezing, the remaining vapor in the air instantly collecting into ice and dropping to the floor. Even with any attempts to use Thermo-Dynamic, the ability does nothing for those beginning to freeze.
Unprotected idols will find their skin cracking, extremities already developing frostbite. Breathing in the white mist is dangerous, too—they'll find themselves choking as parts of their insides start to dry up and crack. Of course, it's all painful.
Even when the white mist dissipates, affected idols will still experience the following symptoms:
- Mild-to-medium frostbite
- Skin cracking/external bleeding
- Internal bleeding (mouth/throat/lungs)
Additionally, they may (optionally) also have the following status effects:PUNISHMENT 3 - BRANDING
Panels open up in the ceiling, mechanical hands reaching out to grab every member of an unprotected unit.
Several hands force them to kneel to nearly kowtow, while other hands move to scrape the cloth on their backs off—a few other hands situate themselves as though to protect the front of the idol, like, listen, this is a family friendly show—
Before a red-hot design plate descends from the ceiling to press onto every unprotected idol's back, burning the pattern onto their backs. Each pattern is highly detailed, unique to the idol (ooc player choice!) and aesthetically beautiful, many patterns an artistic rendition of the idol's failure(s). Also, it's all very, very painful, each plate pressed to make sure the pattern won't disappear.
After the irons lift, the mechanical hands spray ?some sort of mist? onto each branded idol's back, before releasing them. It's a little cool, but not enough to alleviate the pain at all.
Even after the idols are released, affected idols will still experience the following symptoms:
- Second degree burns (back)
- Bruises/soreness/stiffness (from the mechanical hands)
- Player choice of aesthetic brand marks that do not disappear even with healing/regeneration/fleshcrafting
Additionally, they may (optionally) also have the following status effects:
