Aah... this is the kind of thing you do when running a kingdom?

Yes! When we have to make improvements, my court and I always talk about what sort of things we would like to have or what would be useful. I like to see our home grow.

Eeeeh, that's interesting. How big's your court?

There is Walnut the Sixth, Primrose the Blessed, Clima the Patient, Juno the Aesthetic and Slot the Rumored! They are my wonderful court.

Are they all nobles who rule various lands or something... ? That's how it works in the history books for my world.

I am technically the only noble! To be fair, most of the nobles in the kingdom were executed-

[Taps chin and shakes head.]

Well actually, most everyone was executed until we had like 100 people left so there weren't a lot of options.

But some of the others did come from other kingdoms! Maybe they were nobles, and I just don't know it!

[ Sho genuinely forgets some of the details of Angel's kingdom stuff until it smacks him upside the head. ]

... Do you remember the size of the kingdom before... ?

Hmmm . . . at least double that for sure. Sometimes we would get new citizens along the way but . . .

But that's a lot of people to just go huh...

You miss your court?

...yes. Of all things, I miss them the most I think.

Of course. You'll have a lot to work out once you get back, right? I pretty much expected us to need to stay there for a while, maybe even a few years, for you to get things in order and figure out a way for your court to contact you while we're traveling in case anything happens so we can go right back.
