Not really. It doesn't seem like a game. Well, there's been a couple of times where... something opened up, here. So it's possible something ripped open a portal to a particularly infested part of Hell.

Ah, that's an idea. I could fly over with my bike and see if there's anywhere they're particularly concentrated.

They can fly, so you wouldn't be completely safe... but if you're careful, you might be able to avoid them seeing you.
