It's not for us to say what motivates people. I mean, in this case it kind of literally is, but whatever.

[wanders off. comes back in an hour dressed in a simpler dress minus petticoat than before, his hair...sorta pinned up. though not minus his parasol.]

Oh... yeah, that looks like it could work.

[it takes him a bit to figure it out, but he does figure out how to put it on.]

[Going to Henshin it up while he's doing that. Which is to say, there are a couple of dumb sentai poses, and some sparkles, and then he's standing in his transformed outfit.

Oh, is that, ah, one of your unit's powers?

[It's a sleek suit, with light armoring, done up in his unit + position colors. His own helmet has a visor that shows his face.]

[this is much faster than he's expecting, but at least it's an open form of transportation, so that part is good. but making sure to hold on.]
