It’s coming along nicely, Nero. [ she approaches cautiously, but only so she can get a slightly closer look. ]

Hey, thanks. They say the prep's the hardest part - finally getting t'actually paint the damn thing feels pretty good.

[ as soon as he has the mask off she’s going to finish closing the distance in between them and cup his cheeks, smoothing her thumbs along the indentations the mask has made for being in place for so long.... and then he gets a quick kiss! bet he didn’t see that coming. ]

I don’t think they’re wrong. Prep work for anything is [ she finishes that with a groan. ] I feel like painting in general is pretty satisfying and, IDK, like freeing? It’s just a great creative outlet.

Yeah. When you're cutting stencils for hours, all you've got is an idea of what it'll look like in your head. Now it finally starts feelin' real.

Not to mention it’s looking real too. Real stylin’. [ gives them another once over, whistling her approval. ]

Did you ever name your van or your bike?

The bike is Empress. The van's Black Tower. Well, I thought about calling it the Rook, but-- considering I named Lucario that, didn't seem right to just reuse the name.

Black Tower is cool in its own right, and the girl that ran that pokemon game said we'd get to see them again, so here's to hoping that's true. I wouldn't mind getting to see Rook and Sharknado for another fun play date.

Empress though, now that's the name of one fast and fierce lady.

I wonder where all the Pokemon go, when they're not here. You think there's a whole corner of Hell that's just a daycare for'em?

And, huh, I never really thought about it. [ mostly because she didn't really want to think of an alternative to something like that. ] I'm hoping it's something like that. Like they're all just playing and chilling with each other.

If I had to guess it's probably not pleasant. Imagine getting stuffed into a cabinet or something and having to stay in there until somebody else let you out.

It may be like that, so here's to hoping they're not wasting away in pokeballs and they're in some cool AF pokemon daycare amusement park vacation getaway.

Huh... I guess that's a possibility. Definitely better than what I was thinking. I mean the did turn into red light, right, so... [ makes a face, kind of confused at this point. ]

I'm sure they're doing alright, but now I kind of miss them, like... more than I already had. Hopefully they bring that game back sooner rather than later instead of all of these other dumb games.

Yeah, whatever Pokemon are made of, it's definitely not 100% meat. Maybe they can turn into energy. Who knows.
