Found this in the library. Someone had gone through a great deal of trouble to get to this particular volume. Though from what I can tell it's just ritualistic garbage.

And Angel and I both somehow picked up matching music boxes. Supposedly, you slowly go insane if you open them up, but I didn't test out that theory.

C got a bunch of broken watches, the portrait, some books, a mean puppet...

I got some books. But not ones like these, our books are more on the trashy side.

I'm worried about that too. But it was a good sign she was....maybe communicating something to us.

If she was one of us, what team do you think she'd be on? Mukuro too.

This is a new project. Who's to say the teams are even the same?

Now that she's been publicly compromised, the producers could use her to feed us false information. Or maybe that whole thing was an act because they knew she was the person we wanted to talk to. Give us a poor underdogs a ray of hope or some bullshit.

Ah~...they could. Counter though! We're entertainment, right? And the audience is watching. We're a reality show. With romance and tragedy and drama.

But maybe we're also a mystery. And fans might be very unsatisfied if the clues given are all fake. They'd feel cheated.

Let's think of ourselves as the way everyone out there is. A property of entertainment. With a lot of money poured in obviously. I don't think they're above throwing us a ray of hope. But how fake that ray of hope is depends on a lot of things.

Not just any reality show. A spin off. Or a second season. Otherwise, there would be no reason to have Mukuro announce that on his first game.

Which means some elements of the previous show have to exist. Something to keep the older fans satisfied.

So back to your original question. Assuming that the units were the same - Mukuro would be either ☆ZRAEL or AlcheME! He loves the spotlight and talking about nothing constantly. Exael's tougher. She hasn't really shown much of who she is at all. Taisho, if I really had to throw one out there.

I assumed Mukuro Zrael. And Exael Alcheme. She's playful and she lied to me a few times in our talk to try to mess with me. Asked me if I wanted to apply for her job too.

The portrait and statue were easter eggs of that past stuff and other known information. I'm annoyed that there's probably more we just can't notice. I'd love to get my hands on the real internet and read a fan page. It's frustrating.

I thought at the time she was just teasing me. And she said something about science making monsters, then said it was to try to make me make a face.
