Hey.

And...

Well.
That's different.

Oh. Yeah. They keep getting bigger every day. I kinda expected they'd have come off by now, but... Seems like some of the changes are sticking around for a while.
Did anything like that happen to you?
no subject
Even had a chat with our Lady of Death, and I'm still Hell infusion free. Excluding the trial punishment, of course. But that's more of a subtraction than an addition.

Is that how you guys got back? How'd that go?

Keep in mind, I was only around for the last half.

So a portal was opened and a ragtag group of adventures were sent through. There was a catch though. One that we didn't know about at the time.
Where the angel is located could only be accessed through faith. That means if you didn't believe in it, then you didn't end up there. That is in fact how all of Heaven and Hell mechanics work. These places are manifested through collective belief. So the reason we were able to access the rift in the first place is because we believed in it and summoned it into Hell.
Anyway, Hurricane, Nemesis, Man Eater, Absinthe, Eichi and Aradia managed to make it to their intended destination. Though it was not the same rift as before.
And the rest of us - myself, Maki, Kohime, Talon, John, Requiem, Doodles, and some guy on avante - ended up in jail for trying to escape the production.
no subject
And wow, what a party...!
no subject
Anyway, each prisoner was allowed one phone call. So John went to call Silver and that is how I assume B came to know of our situation.
Meanwhile, there were various break out attempts of no success. But what we did learn was the prison was in an elevator with a retina scanner. The technology we saw in the rift - the one with the runes - was the same technology used in the prison to make the holding cell. And that certain things - like the guards - could pass through the bars of the cell with ease. Other things - like the keys - could not be passed through, even if it was physically possible to do so.
The guards also had the power of invisibility and to summon collars and handcuffs that limited our idol-given powers. And insane regeneration as shown by the guy on avante trying to stab one.

Oh dear...

And the remaining four of us - myself, Kohime, Requiem and John - were planning on exploring the area while we could.
Only to find that the rest of Tokyo-F had been transported to the different hells. What a waste. On the run for nothing.
no subject
It wouldn't have been a waste if we hadn't shown up, though, so without knowing the future, it's still good you took the shot. You could have wasted your chance to explore just to have us NOT appear, and that would have been even worse.
Probably. Guess it depends on what kind of consequences you encountered for it.

no subject
Do you know what caused us to all get dumped into Hell?
no subject
He purified Hurricane of his corruption in some sort of special purification chamber.
And once that was done, he agreed to try and help all of us stranded idols. By help, I mean he crash landed into Tokyo-F. That was the reason for the maintenance. ... I hear there is a crater there now.
Unfortunately, he was picked up by the Lady Liar and her minions before he could regroup with everyone.
no subject
Well. That. Explains some things.
Before they left, Yugi texted me to say they were going to go "help a friend from upstairs." Is that what they were doing? Trying to rescue the angel?
no subject
But they ran into a fallen angel - another angel of destruction who used to work with Mehniel. He mindwiped Yugi, King and Requiem into forgetting everything about the angel and their mission.

Azzy's Summer Home? First game that involved death. Also the first game that littered clues around about where we were. Exael apparently snuck us in there. And Azzy almost killed her because of it.
no subject
...Oh!
If it's the same one I know about, I've only ever heard it referred to as "the House," and only the very vaguest mentions. Would you believe that people don't like to talk about it? All I know is that some people got stuck in mirrors, but that's it.
I had no idea about the rest of that stuff. So the game took place in his actual home and not in the game tower? And that's where you found a copy of The Magus that you told me about?
no subject
...
That's when Nemesis called me. To ask if I could help them find the House of Mirth.
