[ shivers a bit, her fingers digging very gently against her skin after a moment.

[Flushed or no, a pleased little smirk spreads across her face, and she kills her drink before hooking an ankle up Req's leg again. Then she works her remaining cherry off the skewer with her tongue and just the tiniest scrape of white teeth before it disappears into her mouth]

...You wanna get outta here?

[ exhales a shaky breath; she'd had a whole night planned out, drink some more, maybe find some karaoke, but--

But nem's leg against hers is undeniably warm, and the way her lips shine from the moisture of the drink is alluring in itself, and she finds herself wishing the crowded bar would just melt into the background so they could act right here.

She downs the rest of her drink, sucks the red off the rest of those cherries, and unwraps from Nem just enough that they can both stand. ]

... c'mon, I've got a place.

Came prepared, huh?

[On Nem’s end, this is exactly according to plan. Location is less the issue as just being somewhere she can touch and be touched, and when she straightens it’s only to meld against Req’s side, slipping her arm around her waist and keeping her tight hip-to-hip.]

Where you taking me, then?

[ Melts a little against her, warm where their bodies meet, and just remains there for a moment with her arm around Nem's shoulders before leading her out of the club (and. giving a wave to the lion-pawed woman, since she waved first, that's just polite!!).

She waits until they're out into the quieter street before speaking again, her face clearly flushed under somewhat less color-shifting lights. ]

It uh... turns out one of my fans works at a hotel. Love hotel? Whatever it's called. Found it when I was lookin' for somewhere to stay. Played a song for 'em in exchange for tonight and they promised me some nice digs, so...

[equally flushed, though maybe it’s the booze (much more likely the contact, tho). She raises her eyebrows a bit, but looks up, interested]

Oh yeah? Like, uh, the themed kind?

[ VERY. FLUSTERED ]

I. I don't know anything about that sort of stuff, I have no idea!

[squeezes, leaning into a bit more]

[ wings fluffed up, leaning on her, then

Figured a bed is a bed...

[ deeply red. But leading her off ]

[keeps pace beside her, comfortably smiling]

Fair. That ain’t the part that’s different, anyways. Hear it’s more the “ambiance”.

[lets her hand fall lower on Req’s hip]

What like... candles and roses and junk? I already did the fancy date room for boning in.

Um. Might be less “fancy” and more, “frisky,” but...uh. Like I said...

[ red enough now to be generally kind of warm, but just squeezes Nem's shoulders a little as her wings fluff up. ]

... yeah, guess we'll find out.

[gooses her once the guy walking down the alley passes them]

[ jolts a little, flushing deeply, her wings reflexively fluttering and tail curling up ]

[ but she's laughing, that roboeye deep blue. ]

Can't complain... you got a nice touch.

[ settles with her arm and wings around her again, and leads her a couple of blocks off; the building the pauses in front of is as loud and neon on the outside as everything else, and, predictably, advertising itself as a love hotel. somehow req only saw the "hotel" part.

The inside is definitely lower key (so much as it can be, anyway, still decorated in every nook and cranny with colorful neon strips and mirrored furniture) than the club was, with softer music and a distinct lack of flashing lights. The person sitting at the reception desk-- a relatively normal looking one with tiny white wings and a halo of tangled gold thorns-- seems pretty bored until they walk in, and definitely seems to perk up excitedly. ]

This's the place...

Oh yeah? This your buddy, then?

[thumbs over at the receptionist, definitely not a little self-conscious to be renting a room face-to-face, and any slight tension in her frame is surely imagined]

Yeah.

[ They ALSO seem excited to see Nemesis, once they realized she's kinda-sorta tucked into the curve of Req's wings, and launch into how STRONG and COOL she is and how great it is to watch her and they weren't that much of a fan before but she really got into it because their friend LOVES Avante, so on and so forth, as Req unwraps her arm from Nem so she can head over to the desk and get their key card. ]

[Nemesis broadens her stance a bit, hooking thumbs in her pockets as she engages the receptionist a bit. Apparently Avante will continue to be ones to watch, and she figures that thanks to the support, they should expect some quality--and discreet--service over their stay, huh?]

[ Req gives a little snrk listening to all that, but takes the card in hand with a muttered thanks.

The receptionist explains, excitedly, that yes they TOTALLY made sure everything was top notch and that their room-- third floor, room five-- was perfectly suited for, well. For Requiem's taste, at least, they'd have made arrangements if they knew Nemesis was going to be here but surely she'd find it more than suitable! It was one of their favourites and all, too, and--

And Req just gives Nem a little nudge, winking at the receptionist as she heads to the elevator. ]
