Things such as...discovering North's condition. Or dealing with people trying to get information from me while they casually mention Producers by name. Or finding someone B recommended to trust would be happy to become Azzy's spy.

Oh, you don't have to worry about that, I don't trust anyone on Pep further than I can throw them.

They all seem nice and like they have good intentions, but they also have demonstrated poor decision making and an inability to think outside their own viewpoints. And even if they get new people, new teammates are always shaped a little by the team they're placed in.

A team that can willingly, publicly punish and revoke revival rights to an entire team based on the actions of one member....without the ability to see how others might take advantage of that fact and come after that team because it WAS a public announcement....a team that jumps on someone's death as the chance they've been waiting for to make announcements regarding the rules they want to place on an entire community....and then hypocritical revives more problematic people without the same threat or treatment just because one of their teammates is fucking that person.... I have no trust in a team like that.

On the other hand, Bad End swallowed their pride enough to come apologize and correct the mistake of their teammates, even though they weren't the ones at fault and there was nothing forcing them. Bad End was transparent, apologetic and upfront....aside from Garbo 99 of course.

I spent all of yesterday trying to dodge being overheard by Azzy while trying not to give information to a real spy or to make other people believe I am Azzy's spy, and I really do not care about what Pep is or is not like right now.

It's been a long couple of days for both of us. I had to run around and gather info on your mission after I received that phone call to fill in the blanks that I didn't have before calling Exael. That reminds me I need to go get Exael a thank you / apology gift.

That only highlights how poorly planned it really was. I shouldn't have trusted anyone else to have that side of things under control.

It wasn't exactly the team I would have picked, but to be fair, they probably didn't want to bring anyone with ties to Exael, which cuts down on the options. And it makes me wonder if you guys were either a distraction or what. Like Kohime isn't bad, I think, but I wouldn't ever have picked her for a stealth mission. So maybe they didn't care about getting caught or they were hoping she'd make a disturbance. Tough to say. A mission with three auditions on board would be too risky for my blood though.

The mission came from the auditions. That is why it was important to have eyes we trust on it no matter how risky it was.

Still...even knowing they had no interest in making things easy for us, it was a shock to realize Intensity had not prepped anyone he selected to actually work as a team. I thought he was supposed to be more reliable than this.

He's pretty reliable...but he's also just one guy. As much as even I would like to handle things all by myself....being a one man show is impossible.

Remember that I handled protecting an entire city by myself for several days when I was ten.

My point is that we should be able to do better than this.

I did not say he needed to do everything. A little prep work is not "doing it all".

I always listen to you. Even if I don't agree, I listen.

Intensity already handles a lot of stuff. And has plenty of things going on that you may not know about. The prep work was the one thing you knew about, so of course doing 'just that' seems like a low expectation, but how many other things did he have on his pile you maybe didn't know about? If you saw it wasn't getting done, did you message him to ask about it and see if he needed help organizing? I wasn't involved, so I don't know, but did he say he was going to have a pre-mission meeting?

I did not realize it had not been done until I was trapped in a jail cell while any semblance of teamwork fell apart in front of us. I thought that because I was a late selection that he had completed most of the preparations already. I was trying to trust people.

I can understand being disappointed or frustrated. And I'm not saying you are going to give up on trusting people, I'm not trying to put words in your mouth since I know you're smart enough to not let one set back do that, but keep in mind.... You were late in getting invited along, but do you know if there ever really was a team?

Like....Was it ever meant to be a team or were you just invited along to explore as a trusted individual? I feel like Intensity definitely never would have invited some of those people, so was it really a team? It was Absinthe's mission, afterall, so wouldn't a pre-mission meeting be on his shoulders? Don't let this be a mark against trust, you assumed a meeting had happened. He can't uphold your trust if he didn't know you were trusting him to do something.

Talonnnnn. That’s not what I’m saying. You have too much work on your plate as is. I’m just saying you can’t call him unreliable for not doing a thing he didn’t know you expected him to do. I’m not saying work more, I’m just saying communicate more.

Communication is how confirmation is done. I'm not saying that I should take over team management myself, only verifying it's happening at all. We are saying the same thing.
