[Taking his seat next to be again after setting down the tray, placing a plate with some bright ass wagashi infront of B while he prepares the tea]

I brought some treats too. They're made with white bean so it won't have a strong flavor. White tea is very light and subtle, so most sweets would overpower the taste.

Let's see....this one is Bai Mu Dan. Which is peony white tea. It's made from the first and second tips of a tea stem. It gets its name from, and I'm quoting what I read earlier here so don't laugh, 'the way the brewed leaves seem to bloom like the buds of the first flowers in springtime'. It has a mild peony aroma and has a beautiful pale color, the flavor is fruity, fresh, mellow and sweet and slightly grassy. It's going to be a fuller flavor than the one on the right, so please taste this one second.

The one on the right is Bai Hao Yin Zhen, or silver needles, which is the softer and more subtle one. It is made only from the single tips of the tea stem which when dried, look like silver needles. It has a light yellow color that matches the refreshing aroma and taste. I should have the smell of "fresh-cut hay", and the taste is best described as sweet, vegetal, and delicate. Enjoy.

I'm okay, they had us try everything so that we sort of know what we're talking about. We're getting paid in tea since this place runs on a barter system, I guess? Weird, but whatever.
