[ whenever the boys get back from coffee, they'll find Yvette in the lobby. Sunglasses help with the neon lights and cover her eyes, so the only immediately noticeable difference are the small wings on her back ]

[ Talon looks relieved to see her (because he's relieved to see everyone in one piece right now). He looks entirely unchanged until he opens his mouth to speak, flashing a sharp set of fangs ]

Yvette! You're alright?

[ Pulls down her shades to reveal gold eyes with crosses going through them. The closer he gets, the more prevalent the scent of candied violets and incense becomes. ]

That's been my assumption as well, but it's still unsettling. They cannot leave everyone like this, can they?

I can't imagine why they would. It's an interesting novelty, but it'd be inconvenient if they were permanent.

Mm... You're probably correct. We're already popular the way we were, so it would be strange to make such broad changes.

I do wonder about how popular we are... some locals haven't even heard of our show.

But it's easy enough to win them over here.

B has been able to earn money entirely off of his fans. Maybe it varies by unit?

Either by unit or individual. B's been here since the beginning. But a lot of this area seems to be dedicated to entertainment work. There're lots of film studios. Actors frequent the clubs, some of whom are aware that their roles and others who are completely wrapped up in the illusion, that they don't know what's true or not. But this is the realm of liars, so that's not too surprising.

What I mean is that our show is just one of many on TV. Depending on who you talk to, it could mean the world to them or absolutely nothing, but in the case of the latter, it's still possible to impress them or do favors in exchange.

[ the bags of stuff in her room are a testament to the power of charm. And her abilities as a free alcohol dispenser. ]

I am not going to put that much effort into it. It cannot be hard to find my own fans if I need spending money that badly, but trying to convince anyone else...
