[ This time, fanmail is bizarrely. . . . bizarre. Instead of in droves of boxes, they're all presented on bamboo trees? In either parcels tied to the stalks or like, wrapped like they're wishes. Each tree has color coded ribbons to indicate which unit they're for. Also . . . .

Also the trees just line the entire lobby entranceway so you can't, like, go anywhere without addressing this. Not even just lined up, it's like a fucking forest here. There's a forest in the lobby. A forest of love (?). ]

Two of them got stabbed a lot but are putting on a brave face. Another three haven't been able to use their arms and legs without pain for the last few days, so they've been taking it easy and resting up. They all seem to be healing pretty fast, though, so that's good.

Emotionally, some of them are having a really rough time. If you wind up talking to any of them, please be patient with them? Everyone's doing their best.

I'll avoid them then since you know me and delicacy.

Oh. Actually, there were four. There was a game the day after the space game that was some kind of haunted house mystery. Two of ours were in it.

But yes, in two games we were unharmed, in one we were injured, and one we died.

Yeah. It didn't have a host or anything. My understanding is that everyone was transported to some creepy haunted mansion and they had to explore and find clues about how the ghost had died. The winner was the one whose guess was the closest. Despite the spooky ambiance, it was a peaceful game and nobody got hurt.

It was the day after the space game, so... two days before the coal mine game.

Nobody figured it out. Apparently the closest guesses had to do with some kind of ritual or a betrayal or something but it was unclear.

Did you get a good look at this ghost?

I wasn't there. All I know is that it was a woman.

You could try asking Wednesday, though. Nova, our newbie, was also in the game, but I don't think she wound up exploring as much.
