[ At some point during the day, Talon has visited each unit to deliver the preliminary assignments for the protection plan. Maybe he knocked on a unit's door, maybe he slipped a note into someone's pocket, maybe he used morse code! However it was delivered, units have their preliminary assignments and may use this post to discuss them amongst themselves. ]



[ OOC: Per request, an IC post for units to have any IC discussion they may want. 100% optional! Also: if you would like a thread with Talon for any reason, please ping me either on discord or plurk and I will hop in after work, but otherwise this is just for unit discussion among themselves.

• For convenience sake, please assume all units know who they are assigned to protect, and who has been assigned to protect them


• Units do not have access to the complete list yet. Talon would have explained that this is because it may still be adjusted if there are any objections at this stage, if asked.


• Talon is present in WC's thread and I am 100% open to getting tagged there if anyone wants a thread with him and doesn't wanna ping for whatever reason. ]

Yes! I am quite excited. I learned that my unit has the honor of protecting Senshi! Now I can rest peacefully knowing that your unit shall always be protected in the event of a protection game again. It is the highest relief!

Perhaps this is destiny!

[ No, it's because Talon likely knew it would make Levi happy ]

It is my job to protect the princess, after all.

How... do your teammates feel about it?

[backstory]

They were all fine! We had all agreed prior to turning in our answers that there was no group we would not be willing to help and vice versa. That would be especially wrong of our unit since we carry the ability to heal others, so we should not discriminate. But everyone on SensitIV realizes that I care deeply about Senshi and they were happy for me.

Even outside of a protection game, Nya has agreed to help me protect Senshi in other games. And there is no one on my unit who dislikes your own. I trust that should another protection game occur again, even were I not there, they would all follow through with what has been set up.

[ He has absolute faith in the older members, and their two newest... have not given him any reason to doubt them. ]

Originally, the idea for this plan had been something I broached a few people about after... well, after the last protection game.

[ . . . . . . Because of what happened to the princess. Because everyone had been so sure that HSS would be alright. ]

My unit was happy to back me regarding it back then, but after various recent events... [ Doodle... ] I thought that Talon might have more luck approaching other units with the idea. However, my unit remains as committed as ever to the idea. Everyone is hopeful and glad to have a plan that will minimize damage for everyone.
