[ At some point during the day, Talon has visited each unit to deliver the preliminary assignments for the protection plan. Maybe he knocked on a unit's door, maybe he slipped a note into someone's pocket, maybe he used morse code! However it was delivered, units have their preliminary assignments and may use this post to discuss them amongst themselves. ]

• For convenience sake, please assume all units know who they are assigned to protect, and who has been assigned to protect them


• Units do not have access to the complete list yet. Talon would have explained that this is because it may still be adjusted if there are any objections at this stage, if asked.


• Talon is present in WC's thread and I am 100% open to getting tagged there if anyone wants a thread with him and doesn't wanna ping for whatever reason. ]

I would call ZRAEL "unapologetic". They're close-knit and have a reputation for violence. I would also say they're loyal and dependable.

Lilis is a newer team. They're very community-minded, and want to protect as many people as possible.

And we have equally good relations with both of them?

Mm... I'd say I'm the only one with ties to both. Nemesis is dating Requiem on ZRAEL; I don't think anyone else has strong relationships there, but I get along with most of them. As for Lilis—I'm close with their leader but I don't know the rest of the team personally.

Is it better to choose only one, between the two?

More workable. Getting one alliance hammered out will take a lot of back and forth. Two is too complicated a goal to shoot for right now.

Then, is the alliance we seek one to be made with a loyal unit, or with a community-minded unit? Would they not be very different agreements simply by their nature?

Ah, no... I would not yet presume to understand this unit's needs or circumstances.

You're part of it. You should have an opinion about how we conduct ourselves in the future, regardless of the past.

Anyway, intuition can be better than you think.

Then, because the members of this unit have scattered loyalties, it would be preferable to pursue an alliance with Lilis, with the intention of lending mutual support to further one another's goals.
