Live
Who: Albert, imeeji
Where: lobby live
When: day 99, noon
[ While he wasn't there, it seems that people need something that wasn't ... What Just Happened to think about. So, he sits in an armchair, sipping a cup of tea -- and smashes that live button. ]
I'd like to hear more about your opinions on various types of teas. With the reach of our world's stretching out to the unimaginable, the difference in our cultures with regards to cuisine is interesting. ...At least, with what the most of us can remember, that is.
My own favourite is Earl Grey. Hard to prepare incorrectly, it has a sweetness to it, with bergamot giving something reminiscent of citrus with a complex yet humble flavour. It works well as a base for cream and sugar, and some find it nice to add lavender for an even fuller flavour.
On this topic, I am casting shame to the overly sickly-sweet drinks in the café. They seem there only for presentation, and pay no mind to what that ungodly amount of sugar and syrup does to the flavour of anything at all. Trying one, I immediately feared for my life. This part is not up for debate, as they're likely another hell-like punishment cast upon us.
Thank you for your time.

[ He takes a seat nearby then, sweeping the long robes of his pajamas under his legs and opening his wings up enough to not sit on them as he holds a cup of green tea himself. ]
Now, while I can't really consume overly sweet drinks, I have to say that shaming others for their taste is in poor form. If you are a true lover of tea, you should respect others' choices to drink and prepare it the way they prefer.

[ Shu just has water, but he's drinking it very snobbishly at his own small table nearby. ]

Oh, that sort of tea sounds rather good. I did visit the cafe yesterday, but I only ordered an ordinary mint tea with a moderate amount of sugar. Some of the drinks sounded quite strange.
Overall, the cafe is rather far away for just a casual drink and a snack, though.

What's wrong with that? I like tea just fine, but if you gave me something like a parfait, milkshake, chocolate milk, or anything else along those lines I'd drink the heck out of them too!

There are so many different types that there's something in it for everyone, I think. Earl grey is wonderful! But for those who can't take the bitterness of black or green teas, bubble and milk teas may be easier to enjoy for that kind of palate.

This sort of thing is a live...? Complaining about drinks?
