I'm angry, and hurt. I've known this sort of thing was coming from the start, but I didn't expect it from Bad End. But I have known it was coming.

We made a mistake, and your unit took the fallout for it. It didn't have to happen, but it did, because we screwed up.

I don't know how to make up for this at all, if that's even possible, whether or not you hold it against us. But I want to try. To make it up to your unit, but also to you, specifically.

I'm afraid I don't have advice on how to make it up to anyone at all, least of all my unit. I'll calm down eventually on my own.

Honestly it's frustrating that there's nothing I can do to make a friend feel better, when I'm the one that messed up in the first place. Normally... I don't know? I'd just buy you something nice, or give you a hug, or talk... But now? Any of that takes on the wrong meaning.

It sucks. I get that. And I do appreciate that you want to make up for it. But ultimately there's only so much you can do, and the context for everything you can do is changed. That's how it is.
