Who: Fox, Lav, you?
Where: Hotel Lobby
When: Day 88, mid-morning
[a couple folks who have been missing since day 85 are wandering in the lobby, auspiciously. fox is currently... covered in blood?! ... no wait, that's paint. red paint. he's covered in bright red paint from head to toe. RIP his yukata. he looks a bit grumpy, for obvious reasons.
lav is thankfully NOT covered in paint or blood. she is absolutely taking pictures of him, however.]
So, it was a painting show...?
Or so I was told. But their approach left something to be desired. Normally I have nothing against unconventional techniques, but the demonic chanting just felt unnecessary. What about you?
I was on a program about... solving supernatural mysteries? But I spent most of the time listening to the co-stars talk... for hours...
Did they say anything interesting, at least?
They were mostly trying to explain the show's plot, but it was really complicated and boring, so I zoned out a lot.
[... come say hi? if you want both to reply to you, please specify, otherwise i'll pick]

WHY ARE YOU COVERED IN--
...
oh no wait, that's not blood.
Joker sure had half of a heart attack just then, tho, so it's time to take a breath]

[waves at]
I am back.
[drip. drip.]

You nearly gave me a heart attack...

[... gonna... push Fox's hair out of his face since sticky hands probably shouldn't do that.]

As am I. I thought for a moment that I might be in danger, but instead I was thoroughly drenched in paint.
no subject
That was rude of them.

[HUFF!111]
I should get cleaned up before it dries.

[... gonna wipe off hand on a clean part of Fox's shirt tho]

I spoke with Maki.

Oh?

I just wish I had known how she felt beforehand.

You'll work it out.

[rubs the back of his neck]
Thank you for guiding me, Joker.

You should probably go wash up before that paint dries.

Fox: The paint left some residue.
[included is a selfy of fox in the bathroom mirror, freshly clean (shirtless, but he's aiming the camera to show his face so it's not meant to be provocative of anything... probably) with damp floppy hair... and a gentle pink glow all over his skin, like he spent too long in the onsen]

Joker: upside: you look great in pink.

Fox: Perhaps I should replace my grey yukata with something more colorful.
Fox: I was thinking chartreuse, but pink has merits.

Joker: you do you
Joker: be bold!

Fox: By the way, are you busy tonight? There is somewhere I would like to go with you.
no subject
Joker: where to?
