The Sybils... um, Sibyls - it's one of the names for an oracular tradition where prophecies are inspired by the spirit of a deity? Like the Pythia... So it might not be a lie.

There is a city named Delphi in the Mediterranean region where a high priestess called the Pythia was said to live - when she was filled with the spirit of her god, Apollo, she'd begin prophesying. That was why the prince in the degree of lying spirits was called Pytho or Pythia, because they would mislead with false divinations and cause seers to mislead others...

Oh, it's just my opinion, and there are other demons that are the same, so it might not be true - but since the source is a god, maybe Exael is telling the truth?

So that she really does serve Heaven. Because the other demon Princes call Pythia a liar when she's actually not.

It's not outside the realm of possibility.

But seeing Exael dodge questions or skirt issues doesn't really help their case either.
