And she didn't say she had a boss. But why would she be mad about being on the hook if she was the one calling the shots?

She probably doesn't report to Pythia or Asmodeus then. Especially if she and the City Planner are the same person.

Us, I think. She wanted some good curbstomping, too bad she talked to the two people who weren't in the mood for asskicking that day. Probably'll be a bigger draw if it seemed voluntary instead of spoon-fed conflict.
