What is the most admirable quality in a unitmate?

Oh, those kind of questions? Hmmm. I'd say one of the most important qualities for a unit is cohesion, no team would be any good without the ability to co-ordinate and work together. So, the ability to listen, to offer their own opinions and compromise, is very important in working together.
