That's right. Participating in Lives will earn you points, as do games. In turn, you can spend said points on memories, unit abilities, and so on.

It's nice to meet you Wei Wuxian, and I don't mean to pepper you with questions straight off, but -- unit abilities?

I asked a great deal, myself— though admittedly, a lot was also for how much I didn't even recognize in the first place. [ The future is so confusing, aha. . . ] Regardless, you need to be in the know, anyway, right?

[ He nods. ] Each unit has a total of six abilities that fit the theme of that particular unit. It varies, but usually they're for battle, while others may aid in our Lives.

It's still incredibly foreign for me, admittedly, but I'd like to think I'm quick to learn.

I've never seen magic that works quite like that. Amazing.

...I'm not entirely comfortable with it for some reason which I of course can't recall, but if you assure me it's safe enough then that's good enough for me.

It's both safe, and vital to your time here. Learning how to use it and its features may take time, but you'll want to always have it with you.
