Even with how often it happens, the Producers always come up with creative new punishments, so there's no guessing how you'll be affected after a bad game. And besides that...

Well, by now I think a lot of people have directed their anger at the people running the show rather than the people forced to participate.

A logical response. Certainly, the producers are the ones at fault for any harm that comes to us. 'Tis unhelpful to lash out at the other captives.

Some do - I won't pretend people don't get pent up here. But it's tough enough without factoring in problems among the people you have to share a building with, too.

I certainly hope to get along with everyone, at least. Perhaps this old man is simply too cynical.

Well, a healthy level of caution is probably wise, especially starting out.
