i love the smell of BE=DE in the morning
Who: BAD END=DEAD END & you
Where: far enough away that the hotel is safe, close enough to be heard
When: Day 434, afternoon
[Wherever you are, your phone buzzes with the notification for a Live. Should you check the broadcast, it's just an overhead view of some anonymous building in the city. The roof is covered with a few mysterious dark boxes, as well as words spray-painted in red:
. . . Just as every single box EXPLODES with a very audible series of booms, throwing masses of brightly-colored paint splattering all over the remainder of the building, all the surrounding buildings and road, and probably any passersby within a couple blocks, too.
Also, the explosions collapse the entire roof and top floor of the building, sending paint-splattered rubble flying to the ground as well. Watch out!
The broadcast then helpfully zooms in on the paint-splattered culprits of this mayhem—the entirety of BAD END=DEAD END, who didn't quite manage to outrun their crimes.]
* * *
[If, for some reason, you don't check the broadcast—perhaps because you have more important things to do than watch every live that happens in this godforsaken city—then your day is interrupted by a series of distant, but very loud, explosions. Maybe you should check that out?]

Re: COUNTERLIVE: photography
Heh, here.
[ Angling his phone for K's eyes, he swipes through the photos. They're not great, no one's mistaking him for a seasoned photographer, but they're all in focus! And some of the compositions aren't bad, maybe despite himself. He had a good angle here. ]
Re: COUNTERLIVE: photography
[K rakes his hair out of his face. Wonders idly what cyan blue and electric lime make, but it's probably just more blue. Better not drip on the screen though, shit.]
You think you could send 'em to me? I like that one. Kinda the problem with being the one doing this shit, you ain't gonna see it so well.
Re: COUNTERLIVE: photography
Sure thing.
[ And he's even sent photos to people before, so he doesn't stumble around the interface. Ping! K's got mail. ]
Re: COUNTERLIVE: photography
[Scrolling through the photos.]
Looks like you missed the worst of it, though?
Re: COUNTERLIVE: photography
Haha, I'm not promising they'll be better than this with warning, but there'll definitely be more of them.

We'll see. I'm not bad at cake decorating, I guess.
