Well yeah, but they gotta get the blood from somewhere, right? I think their faucets pour blood out sometimes but it's all watered down.

I'm not sure I want to think about where this has been, either. It smells pretty strange. [ Don't ask her to elucidate the difference in smell between blood from the vein and this stuff in her rations, her brain will explode. ]

Guess you'd be able to tell better than I can. Makes sense, though - the food they give out for free here's more bland than some MREs I've had.
