I'm out of Live puns but you know what this is.
Who: ☆ZRAEL and YOU
Where: Hotel Lobby
When: Day 386, Afternoon
[ For whatever reason this afternoon there are 4 members of ☆ZRAEL just like. In the lobby. Roving gaggles of goths are probably not the strangest sight in the world by this point, but the selection of bottled . . . waters . . . ? Aradia has set out on one of the tables might be some cause for attention. Doodleman, for his part, seems to be of the opinion that whatever is about to transpire is incredibly stupid, but -
Speaking of, after fussing over the bottles a bit more, Dia is pressing the Live button. ]
Hi! It’s been a little while since the last time that a Live was hosted by me, hasn’t it...? Well, of course for me and for everyone else, there are a lot of different things that have been happening recently, but if everyone is able to say that they’re doing well, then that’s really good too, isn’t it? For everyone that’s here, and for my familiars that might be watching, and for everyone that has already graduated too - …
. . . Well, I was thinking about the themes for this month for a really long time! “Heat” is something that’s really interesting, isn’t it? Because it’s so -
[ there’s a pause here for some reason, as if stumbling over her words, and moving to correct herself; anyone watching closely might see her start to mouth something like “versatile” before she stops herself ]
- Because there are so many different things that can be done with it, right? Someone’s feelings and passions are a “heat,” and excitement is a “heat” too, and so are the efforts that we end up taking … when they’re really strong, those are things that can be called “heat” just like these other things. Because of that, I thought about it for a really long time … because it would be nice if we could talk about our passionate feelings together, wouldn’t it? Or the things that we’ve done, or sharing stories like that … but then I remembered that the heat of temperature is the one that we would all definitely be experiencing right now, and because of that, I thought of something that was a lot more important! So, because of that -
Everyone, have you been drinking water lately?
Even if it’s something that you’re unused to, for the Idols living here at least - most of the bodies that we’ve been given are human, so it’s important to hydrate them, you know? For these sorts of bodies, the total percentage of water inside can be as high as 75% - … a lot of that is in really important organs, too! For example, around 83% of the volume of a pair of lungs is water, or 73% for the heart or brain … out of each type of organ, those are the three that are the most important for humans to continue living, I think, so just like that, you can see that water is really important inside of these, can’t you? But, beyond that, too - every cell inside of a body like this needs to stay hydrated for it to work, and water’s needed to remove waste, digest food, and cool down! Because these bodies have hair that’s shorter and more fine than the other primates do, it’s important for body temperature to be regulated through sweat, and water is important for that, too, isn't it?
So it’s something that you should make sure that you’re drinking, okay? If you know what your weight is, then it’s actually really easy to understand how much you should have - if you multiply the number in kilograms by 0.033, then the result will give you the amount of water that should be had in liters! Um, with the Imperial system, too, for each pound of weight, half an ounce to an ounce of water should be had … For example, a person that weighs 60 kilograms should have 2 liters daily, or a person that weighs 150 pounds should have between 75 and 150 ounces over the course of the day …
… But, because of that, you should make sure not to drink too much too, okay? Even though a lot of these bodies are made of water, and it’s something that’s healthy to have, it can be really dangerous if you end up having too much… balancing the amount of salt in the body is really important too, and keeping a healthy amount of electrolytes - that's to say ...
[ At some point, it seems, she has to cut herself off to breathe and drink some water herself, but it doesn't look particularly like she's done.
She could continue. ]

Will you be going into the properties of other beverages that can further dehydrate or rehydrate you? Like alcohol versus sports drinks.

Counter-Live: Self-Care
Um—if you don't mind if I take a bottle of water, then, this is a good reminder to hydrate! I hope everyone else will consider it, too.

You certainly have a habit of choosing different words than those you wish to say, ☆radia.
