[A live comes up on the screen with a mysterious figure in a half-mask standing on top of a building. (It's not that mysterious; it appears to be a Taisho outfit and with that figure and that long ponytail there's really only one person that it could be.) Still, she's silent, and just presents a blank card to the cameras before using a brush and ink to write on it:

I'll steal the show and take what's mine.]

[As soon as she shows the card, a JAZZY BEAT STARTS PLAYING because C is holding his phone as close to the cameras as possible And a sudden purple spotlight flashes on, the mysterious figure in the center of it.

It's actually just an overgrown flashlight shining through some alcheme figures but hey whatever works. HERE WE GO]

Attention all citizens, attention! A mysterious thief has appeared! Apprehend at all costs!

[TIME TO MOVE. She quickly ducks out of the spotlight back into the shadows.]

The target's on the move! We gotta stall her til the detective's on the scene!

All units move out!

[PULLS A ROPE a bunch of cardboard badly scribbled cops(?) pop up. He has mutilated all his boxes for this and is doing his best okay

[She rolls her eyes a little, but she kicks and punches down the cardboard cops in a flash, before making a precarious-looking leap and quickly scaling a wall to a higher roof.]

[THIS ISN'T EVEN HIS FINAL FORM!!! He's working to keep the spotlight on her as she does her cool shit and scaling nice. SIGNALING FOR E]

Snipers! Keep her in your sights!

[columbidaring]

[ PAF PAF PAF shooting a bunch of paintballs that Barely Miss from a nearby roof ]

[She makes a bit of a show of dodging the paintballs to make it look more realistic, including a dive and roll behind a ledge at the edge of the roof before she dashes out and leaps to the next building.]

[when he leaves the building someone has left a TRAIL of notes. Papers with an arrow on them and some sort of phantom thief-y design, likely drawn by B. Each one says: FOLLOW

[She does not hear it from her roof.

But EVENTUALLY she will head back down and towards the hotel, still in her phantom thief outfit.]

...Boss has done some similar things, in the past. B suggested it could be... fun if I did something like it myself, and C helped organize the details.
