Don't make those faces. This is purely fun educational content. Today we're going to be doing a little bit of acting practice and learn a thing or two about politics. For today, I am Countess Lochaana of BARiTONES, your host at this grand salon, and you are my very important guests from all across this little world.

It has come to my attention that we may be sorely lacking in medical education around here, so if I may - I would like to go over a few common symptoms people tend to experience, and the best methods of treatment.

And from my own lessons in school, of course. But it's true that experience in the field is just as valuable, if not more so than textbook knowledge. And there's certainly no shortage of yearly colds and flus to deal with, too!

That's very true! What sorts of things should people be looking to do this year to take care of themselves, Doctor? Since we are entering the cold season here.

Citrus fruits, such as oranges, contain the necessary nutrients to help provide a strong immune system to ward off illness. But should you catch something, the best thing you can do is make sure to get plenty of rest and try to take steps to minimize spread to others.

Ah, good thinking; perhaps I'll have a citrus theme next time I hold one of these events to raise awareness. Ohoho.
